Mechanism

Coinbase documents an official remote MCP server at agents.coinbase.com/mcp and a local CLI. Its Coinbase for Agents overview says those tools currently support spot crypto, U.S. derivatives futures, and eligible U.S. equity orders through Coinbase Advanced Trade, on portfolios the account holder selects.

Robinhood documents a Trading MCP at agent.robinhood.com/mcp/trading. Onboarding says the agent can read every Robinhood account and place trades only in the MCP account. Orders can be long equity, options, or crypto. The 27 May 2026 launch called Agentic Trading a beta, and trade approvals are still rolling out.
